1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Sidekick, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AI Sidekick for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Subscription & Billing

Free Tier: 5 tweets per month. Resets monthly.

Pro Tier: $9/month for unlimited tweets. Billed monthly.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing support@aisidekick.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. After 7 days, no refunds are available. Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months.

5. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you create with AI Sidekick. You agree that:

You will not use the service to create illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
You will not impersonate others or spread misinformation
You own or have permission to use any information you provide

6. Limitation of Liability

AI Sidekick is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use materials on our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Sidekick, its owners, operators, and employees from any claim or demand arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
